Winter Oast House Window 7x7 Shadow Box Fold Card Kit
This seasonal scenic shadow box fold card makes an unusual Christmas card and is also suitable for sending New Year greetings. Three different shaped inserts are included for flexibility.
The finished card measures 7x7 inches, comes with a matching envelope, and folds flat for posting. This kit contains NINE different sheets to choose from and step by step instructions are included on each of the sheets.
This kit contains:
- a sheet with the shaped card front base panel
- a sheet with the shaped shadow box panel
- a shaped matching card insert sheet which has been left blank so that you can write your own greeting or message
- a second insert sheet with a Christmas greeting (Wishing you happiness this Christmas and throughout the coming year)
- a third insert sheet with a New Year message (Prosperity, good luck and cheer to you and yours throughout the coming year)
- a sheet with the shaped card base back panel
- an envelope front sheet
- an envelope back sheet
- a matching backing paper that you can print onto the reverse side of the card front base panel; card base back panel and shadow box panel if you would like the inside of the card and shadow box to be patterned
All sheets are 300dpi, high resolution sheets, for quality printing.

Printed onto 230gsm glossy photo paper. Cut out all elements. Scored and folded as directed. Adhered using PVA glue.
I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and the insert onto 300gsm card and cut these out.
I cut, scored and folded the card following the very detailed instructions included with the kit.
I cut out the window panes and added Hunkydory Snowfall Foiled Acetate behind the window. It now looks like it is snowing outside the window. This gorgeous card for Christmas comes with a matching envelope.
The card front base panel, shadow box panel and card base back panel were printed onto 250gsm matt photo paper while the remaining sheets were printed onto 128gsm matt photo paper.
The card and envelope were then made up as per the instructions included on the sheets.
No additional embellishments have been added.
