Concertina Hydrangeas
Although this is in birthday section there are lots of labels included for many other occasions, some are oval shaped to go on the pop-out middle some are small labels but you can choose which you put together on the card.

I printed onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I scored, cut slits and folded as required. I assembled the card using a wet glue and added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads.
