I printed onto smooth white card and made the stepper up following the easy instructions. Once the stepper is made it is easy to see where all the parts go. I added these using PVA glue.

I decoupaged all the other pieces with sticky pads and changed the bottle label to normal Anniversary. I added a gold padded heart to each champagne bottle and added a rose bouquet topper to the bottom right to finish off
