I printed onto good quality smooth card and made up following the very simple instructions. I cut the slits in the card front, slotted the frills into place and taped at the back. I added the insert to hide the tape and decoupaged the left panel using sticky pads.

I printed out the left panel again to make a pretty matching bookmark. I threaded some pink pearls onto fine silver elastic and slipped this over the left frill. I threaded tiny pearls on the bookmark cord to match and knotted to keep them in place. I finished off by a tying silver elasticated bow to the spine.

This makes a WOW factor card with a difference
