I first joined the card front and the wheel with a small brad then mounted onto an A5 deckled edge card using sticky pads, avoiding the wheel area to make sure the wheel turnes round easily.

I added the decoupage using sticky pads and added the matching insert using double sided tape. You have a choice of 2 inserts in this kit, plus there are lots of decoupage pieces for maximum 3D effect.
