I printed the back of the design onto plain white card and cut it out. I printed the rest of the design onto 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the card as expected.
I attached the back to the front of the card using double sided tape. I assembled the pyramids using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the strings holding the baubles to enhance this gorgeous design. As always Tanya gives you lots of extras in her kit and this one is no exception.
It has a lovely bookmark and three gift tags.
I cut scored and folded the main card and also the back part and joined them together using sticky pads in the centre panel only, adding the back part the wrong way so that the 2 sides opened showing the design on the back part.
This gives a really nice 3D effect, but also means that the back of the card is white. I added the pyramid layers using sticky pads, but found some layers hard to see where to cut so I just put one pyramid layer on top of the one I was cutting out to give me a guideline where to cut.
