Asian Influence 2 - Parasol Card

I cropped this sheet and printed the frame onto photo paper and then the parasol onto good quality white card.

I did this because the scoring and folding of the parasol might leave it looking slightly tatty.

I attached the frame to a gold mirror base card and then added some gold peel off bamboo, a pair of sandals and a kimono which I had put onto a red background paper (from Debbi Moore) and cut out.

I folded the parasol and glued it together. I then took a bamboo skewer which I thinned at the end, to enable me to add the beads and ribbon.

I stuck this to the card using silicone glue. To finish I added the red petals.

A sheet which gives you great scope to create different finishes. I thoroughly enjoyed making this card.
