I printed onto 200 gram smooth card and made up by scoring the 2 simple valley folds for the bottom.

I decoupaged the front using sticky pads and added snowy acetate behind the cut out windows to match the snowy design.

I punched a hole in the top and a tiny hole in my sentiment tag and tied at the top with red ruffle ribbon.

This is perfect to hang on your tree and hold 4 celebration chocolates just right. I put my 4 chocolates in a celephane bag and then kept them in place with a small sticky pad to stop them sliding out of the sides.

I then tied at the top to secure. This will be a great project to do at my December craft group as the ladies do like simple and easy.
