I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main picture to a card blank ans cut out the aperture. I made up thr bell and before sticking the last part, I attached a piece of ribbon.
I fastened the other end of the ribbon to the inside of the aperture. I also added a gold border and a gold ribbon.
