I printed the iris folding design onto the back of a sheet of Super Smooth white card printed with backing sheet cup83948_168.

I cut out the design. I also printed the design onto a cheap piece of copier paper.

I stuck the paper design to my tray with low tack tape and placed the cut aperatures over it before also sticking that in place.

I built up each of the paterns with alternating two different colours, using a strips of irridescent paper and sticking them in place using a roller glue pen around the edges of the aperatures.

After finishing I detached the iris folding pattern, trimmed it to 7" square and mounted it onto an 8" square card.

I finished the card off by sticking gold fancy border peeloffs around the areas of the card.
