Happy New Year 2013! I used a frame from another cup pattern on this one as it is a Black and white holiday theme also from cup 278133_29 Christmas Moments.

I simply printed the frame and made a cut out for the NEW YEAR BABE that I had printed onto good white paper and attached on the backside .

Then I added the greeting and the year 2013. I mounted all onto a very good textured card stock. I may add some rhinestones for bling before I give this one out, but I have time to do that too, since it is now summer.
