The Gus insert sheet was printed on 120gsm paper and the edges trimmed to fit my card. I scored and folded and added double sided tape along the spine. Then I fixed my prepared insert inside an A4 scored and bookfolded dark crimson card.
This is now ready to add the matching card front.
