I used cup171075_168 (Textured Floral Card Front - Deep Beige) as my backing paper for this design. Then I simply added the front of this sheet, turning at 45 degrees to make a diamond shape. To finish, I added a black Happy Birthday peel-off.
I also printed this sheet at half size, cut and folded, punched a hole to add a ribbon, producing a matching gift tag.
