I printed this sheet on 160gsm white paper, cut out the elements and chose a xmas tree backing paper of the same weight for the inside.

I stuck the card front to the backing paper and carefully cut around the design again.

I then folded the card into its gate-fold design and attached the four decoupage corners to the front. Finally I made a white tree the same shape as the tree on the card, inked the edges with green ink and stuck inside with a Merry Christmas sentiment, leaving the rest of the white tree for a personal message and/or signature.

I wished I had some tiny sparkly jewels to add to the front for extra bling effect.
