This design I printed B5 size onto white card first of all, then printed it again onto glossy photographic paper.

I cut and folded the white printed card first as instructed, then just cut out the fan from the glossy printed sheet and using sticky pads I decoupaged it onto the card fan.

Small pink gems decorate the top of the fan and I added the Happy Birthday sentiment.
