This design I printed onto white card first of all, then printed it again onto glossy photographic paper.

I cut and folded the white printed card first as instructed adding large sticky pads to the folded base to act as a stopper , then just cut out the fan from the glossy printed sheet and using sticky pads I decoupaged it onto the printed card fan.

I added small purple gems to decorate the base and added a purple ribbon to complete the effect.
