I took a 5x5 inch glossy ivory card blank and made a striped lace border background using cup42209_415 (Gorgeous Pastel Lace Borders with white Roses).
I then attached six of these beautiful flowers and stuck gems in their centres. A Happy Birthday sentiment completed the card.
