Cut a navy A5 base card then mat and layered a green tartan paper leaving a border around the card.
Cut another piece of navy card in a smaller size which I embossed with musical notes and attached on the card.
I coloured the Piper with Promarkers and a fine line black pen to create a checked affect for the tartan.
Cut around him and attached to the embossed mat with foam pads, added a peel off greeting at the bottom.
