This is a nice design that a little girl would appreciate. I printed the design onto plain white card, and painted it using water colours. When it was dry I cut it our and mounted it onto a cream coloured card using silicone gel.

Added a small gem to the bows and used rainbow coloured peel offs for the Happy Birthday, balloons and presents.
