Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out, I glued the large picture onto the inside right hand page of a folded A4 white card close to the fold. Then cut out the other card piece. I glued this to the front of the folded white card making sure the left of the picture was again right up close to the folded spine.

Cut away the excess white card and added a Happy Birthday sentiment which I had mounted onto a small piece of the excess white card and glued this to the bottom of the inside of the card.
