I printed onto 200gsm gloss card and cut out. I attached the main topper to the inside of a white base card and the smaller panel to the front of the card and cut around the shape.
I then added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads and embellished with gems. A super card that is very easy to make and sure to be well received.
