I printed onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out. I attached the main topper to the inside of a white base card and the smaller panel to the front and cut around the shapes.
I added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads. I embellished with gems.
A vibrant card that is very easy to make and sure to impress.
