I mounted onto the folded backing sheet to make an A5 card. this gave me 2 pattern options. I centred the wheel and fastoned with a tiny brad making sure it turned round easily.

I added the card front with sticky pads at the top and bottom only so that it did not interfere with the wheel going round.

This is simple but effective
