I printed (just two of fourteen beautiful designs.) onto crafty Bob's matt photo paper and cut out all the pieces.

I attached to white base cards and added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads.

Very easy to make and there are fourteen of these beautiful designs in this MEGA bumper kit.
