I printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out. I made my own matching yellow card and a 8 by 8 Scalloped card and attached the designs on to them using Double sided tape.
I attached the Decoupage and Sentiments on using Sticky pads.

I printed the sheets onto A5 size matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and mounted each main sheet onto a 13.5. cm. sq. card.
I added the layers and a caption to each using sticky pads. The cards are sold separately. Please state Top Left, Top Right, Lower Left or Lower Right.
