I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added a few gems and my choice of sentiment to finish

Printed and cut out design pieces. Main design was mounted onto black card with DST, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured to front of white base card with DST.
Decoupage was added using foam pads and matching insert secured with DST. A lovely set of designs.
Chose the penguin design for my card. Placed main onto a scalloped card with tape and used pads for the layers. I added some glitter.
