Simply cut out and fold. Stick the side flaps down if this is preferred. Cut the horizontal slit on the back of the envelope with a craft knife. The envelope flap slots into this little slit.

I typed the text I required on the design and printed it out on quality cardstock. If you are preparing this wallet for future use, you could personalize it later with stamps or hand writing. Quick drying glue was used to adhere the sides together.
