A gift of precious memories is so much easier with this simple to make CD/DVD sleeve. Simply cut out and glue/DST the side tabs. The top tab can be sealed with a sticker or just fold in to hold the disc in place.

Printed onto Photo paper. I cut out the design. I scored and Folded on the lines and used double sided tape to construct the box. I used a Gold Bow on the top. A nice design and easy to make.
