I decided to do something different with these bookmarks so I printed some small copies of them to make up the fans on this design.

I used gorgeous backing paper cup147119_523 (Rainbow Silk Background #6), attached the fans and added a gold Happy Birthday peel-off and a trail of gold peel-off flowers across from one fan to the other.
