Elegant Vase of Roses Bookmark CardCompleted by Frances Dent

I took a plain white card and made a short fall card the front being the same size as the topper base.

I added a piece of gold card to cover the inside of the card and a piece of blue paper before adding the book mark, like the topper printed onto photo paper.

I then added the topper on the front of the card and finished by adding the tassle to the bookmark with silicone glue over a self adhesive gem so the tassle would hang proud of the page it was marking.

I finished by ading a little clear glitter to the flowers.
