I backed a lemon A5 card with the pink paper from cup56154_203 (Golden Lattice in Regency Colours Backing Paper Kit).
I then layered this booksheet, fixing the central spine with 1.5mm foam tape so that you can still look at all of the pages.
Finally I added the two extra butterflies, one on top of the book image and the other to the bottom right.
