Floral Swirls A4 Backing PaperCompleted by Christine Dixon

First I cut a piece of this backing paper with wavy scissors and fixed it to a bright cyan A6 card.

Next I digitally added my sentiment to the cyan frame from cup134599_96 (Single Flower Scalloped Frame Blank Inserts Mini Toppers) and then cut out this and a blank cyan frame and added to the card.

Finished off with two butterflies made from a cyan base and two co-ordinating top colours for a 3D effect. To see another card using this backing paper, go to cup66147_612 (Daisy Just a Note To Say Hello Decoupage).
