I backed an A5 bright orange card with this beautiful backing paper, leaving a very fine border to mirror that around the rose bouquet panels.
I then applied cup163437_5 (Rose Bouquet Panel Card) with the four panels on 2mm foam pads.
Finally I added gold glitter dots to the pearls and one dot either side of a gold Happy Birthday peel-off.
