I used this lovely delicate design to back a glossy ivory DL card, leaving a tiny ivory border showing. Then I took one of the six toppers from cup171089_512 (6 Floral Toppers) and backed it with cream card before adding.

Finally I backed a gold Happy Birthday sentiment in the same cream card and added below to finish.
