I fixed this design to a white A5 card, then trimmed it down to an exact fit. Then I added a matching panel on 2mm foam pads from cup134599_96 (Single Flower Scalloped Frame Blank Inserts Mini Toppers 1) on which I digitally added the Happy Birthday sentiment.
