I PRINTED THIS BACKGROUND ONTO COPY PAPER. CUT IT TO THE SAME SIZE AS MY BLANK CARD. GLUED IT TO THAT. THEN I FOUND A SANTA DECOUPAGE THAT I GLUED TO THE BACKGROUND AND BORDERED IT ALL WITH GREEN METALLIC PAPER
