Arctic BackgroundCompleted by Keeley Towler

I printed this sheet to half size and then trimmed to 11.5 x16.5cm. I spritzed the sky with a limmer mist to make the stars twinkle. This was then added to a card front measuring 12.5x16.5cm.

I used cup35915_56 - Percy the penguin digital stamp 2 which has been coloured with watercolour and then trimmed. He was then added to the card along with Sentiments
