Santa Backing Paper

This is a nice Christmassy designed background which I turned into a DL shaped card. I cut the front of the card 2cm less than the back of the card, used a card punch to cut a decorative pattern into the back overlapping card.

Using a narrow matching red satin ribbon, I threaded the ribbon through the pattern and glued the ends in place.

I used 4 peel off gold baubles and stuck them back to back putting a gold thread down between them.

I used a small spot of silicone gel to raise them and set them in place on the card, and added a matching red satin bow to hold the baubles in place to complete my creation.
