I printed this sheet onto good quality white card and cut out all the pieces. I then cut out the semi-circles as instructed and weaved blue ribbon up and down.

I added the strip of backing and attached the main image to a blue/green pearlescent card after matting it onto silver mirror card.

I added the decoupage elements using foam pads and finished by adding large gems to the greeting. A new concept from Sheila which makes her designs stand out, so if you haven't got one of this type already, try this one and see for yourself.
