I cut out the aperture and added the matching backing paper cup419024_37 before mounting onto an easel card I made from an A5 cream fancy edged card (from Hobbycraft) I added the other side of the backing paper to the easel base and used the sentiment as the stopper.
I decoupaged with sticky pads and added a cream die-cut butterfly to finish off
