I used the cutting file cup1068691_2228 Lattice Deckled Folder for the base of the card. Using my graphic software I resized the image to fit in the center of the deckled edge. This was a rectangle card which I made into a square image.
I decoupaged with foam the images with several layers to pop out the Birds, sentiment, flowers, and hearts. It made a lovely valentine's day card.
