Deco Delight A4 Card Front

I printed out half size, 2 on a sheet to decoupage. I mounted onto an A5 white deckle edge card and decoupaged the head and shoulder with sticky pads.

I added 2 tiny black and white ribbon rossettes to the hat and shoulder and finished off with sparkly gems to the hat.
