Sea Maiden

I printed the design onto quality photo paper and cut around its outline. Onto a white base card I matted some light blue paper and then a white embossed card piece. I attached the image on foam pads over that and used aqua glitter glue to add highlights.

Finally I adhered some crystal beads here and there as water droplets. This is a wonderful zentangle-style design, very effective when made up.
