A 5" x 7" Birthday card showing a teenage boy making a jump on his mountain bike. Set on a blue background with sunflowers on the corners. Decoupage and Gift tag. Tags in beige.
One says HAPPY BIRTHDAY, the other tag give you a choice of: DEAR SON, DEAR GRANDSON, DEAR GREAT GRANDSON,DEAR BROTHER, DEAR NEPHEW plus a blank tag.

Printed on glossy photo paper then glued to a 5" x 7" card, I cut out the decoupage and put into place using sticky foam pads.
