I covered card stock with a navy paper and cut the main part of the card to make it smaller and stuck that on to the burgundy card. (School colours are navy and burgundy).
I printed an extra sheet of this file and cut out the graduate and decoupaged that on to the card.
I then stuck the Congratualations" on to the card.
