I made this card for someone special and have gone overboard with the bling but you could make one just as effective using plainer card stock and embellishments.

I printed this sheet four times, cut out and built up the layers leaving the frame round the first layer, but cutting out the white paper to allow the card stock to show through once mounted.

I then mounted the topper on to a deep mauve A4 glitter card. I then added a pink ribbon at a jaunty angle across the corner of the card and some clear glitter.
