Lily & Rose A4 Topper

I made this card for someone very special so have gone overboard with the bling but you can make one just as effective using plainer card and embellishments.

I printed this sheet four times and cut out all the pieces I required to build up the decoupage.

I mounted it on to white glitter card and stuck it down to an A4 pale lilac pearlecent card. I next added clear glitter, a sentiment and a pale green organzer ribbon.
