Can I please check the sizes you have given please in your instructions as I can not get this to work.

If I make the long sides 10.370 and the two side posts 8.221 this makes the side posts twice the height. Should I therefore be making the long side larger because when I make the roof support 6.279 this is way too big and won't sit on top of the posts.

I have had three attempts now and am just wasting card so your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

When trying to retrieve file on scaNcut it is saying file to big. Do you have any advice. Thank you.

I have bought the 3d fairytale horse and carriage and have to say its very confusing?

The instructions are not clear at all so could i ask for some help? Had to convert from god to svg format

What i am having a problem with is attaching the wheels to the base of the carriage? We are sure something/ part is missing.

In the down loaded file was a 2nd file, with parts for a box only this is not included in the instructions.

Could these designs be separated. I purchased and Brother Canvas says it is to large a file. Max of 2 mb.

Hi Anne I have purchased this cut file thinking there would be an svg file. As there isn't I am unable to cut the design. You could not make an svg for this for me could you please?

hi anne i need help with this one .my problem is the back side of the gazebo wont cut all the sections of the lace it will only cut out one section no matter how i try .i have wasted loads of my card and time and money trying it.please can you help me out . i have even stayed up all night my husband went mad .

im using the cameo machine what is going wrong?

i haven't tried the rest of the gazebo.just the roof thats cut out great but it not good without the gazebo to put it on

I purchased the above file yesterday for my cricut explore I have found that it will load into design space quite easily but when I trie to cut it is to much for the program, I managed to separate the individual items but found when I tried to cut the explore cannot manage it as there are to many individual lines if it was one continuas line it would manage, I am experienced in using the explore as i have had one for a number of years, perhaps you could point me in the right direction as to what I need to do.
