Hi. I am experiencing a problem with this file. I have downloaded on 3 occasions - with the same result.

This file is supposed to contain the full alphabet in both upper and lower case. In fact the unzipped file contains only 13 JPG graphics - upper case A to M. No other upper case and absolutely no lower case letters. I purchased this as I was also able to obtain matching numbers. Please help. Thanks. Tresna McComb

Hi. I'm having trouble downloading cup931824_83483. I have tried 3 times but each time I only get to the letter M. Unfortunately I am needing both S and T. I have been using this site for many years so don't think it is anything that I'm doing. Could you please help? Thanks. Tresna McComb

I had an issue recently with your item cup931812_83483 which was supposed to be a full set of Upper and Lower Case letters, your ticket number #733753. The zip file contained only the lower case letters a to o, the rest of the lower case and all the upper case letters were missing. So far you have been unable to supply the updated correct file.

I still wanted to be able to use letters like these so on my latest order I added cup931824_83483. Again I have found the Zip file incomplete, containing no lower case letters and only A to M in upper case letters.

This designer has a number of similar offerings in different colourways, why weren't they all checked to make sure they were correct when I raised the previous issue? If you look at the zip file sizes, they are all similar apart from the Silver version, cup931815_83483. I suspect only the Silver ones are complete and all the other files are incomplete.

I would very much like to have a complete set in the original Blue and Gold I ordered, this is a colour combination I use a lot so this would be very useful to me. I'm disappointed not to have received a complete set of lower and upper case letters a second time.
