This week I would like to tell you about my hairdresser, Irene. She is always crocheting and makes beautiful baby sets of blankets, bootees, hats etc. which she often gives away to friends and their families.

Her latest idea is bears and bunnies.When Janyce Cotterill showcased her new cards Made with love I thought I would buy them to make for Irene to give with her baby sets, and I attach a photo.

This week I would like to tell you about my hairdresser, Irene, who is so talented. She is always knitting or crocheting and has made lots of baby clothes and blankets for customers and their friends and relatives.

She even crocheted cotton yarn bikinis last year for her teenaged great nieces, but of course you have to be young to get away with wearing them!When I saw Janyce Cotterils new designs Made with Love I thought of Irene and bought the designs.

I attach a photo of the pink and blue cards in front of some of Irenes work. Her latest creations are the crocheted teddy bears.

This week I would like to tell you about my talented hairdresser, Irene, and share a photo of what she makes.She is always busy with crochet (and sometimes knitting) and has made some fabulous baby blankets, coats, bootees, hats etc. and even a teddy bear to match each set.

She usually gives them away to the daughters of friends and to single mums who havent a lot of money.She also crocheted rainbow coloured cotton yarn bikinis when they were on trend a year or so ago for her great nieces.

You have to be young and/or slim to get away with those, though!I recently discovered CuP designer Janyce Cotterills cute knitting themed cards and thought they would be ideal to accompany Irenes crocheted baby items.

Therefore I have included them in the photo, one in pink and the other in blue. Thank you so much Janyce, I hope other CuP members like your designs as much as I do. Lynne

Here is Zion, my hairdresser's godson, on his 6th birthday on 6th April 2016. He is holding proudly the nameplate card I made for him, which is cup434873_750, and has its own insert, cup 434872_750. Thanks to the designer Eva Cano for this card with quite an unusual name.

This is Aureline, the granddaughter of French friends who live in Normandy.

I sent her that dress to wear at Christmas. The whole family adores the CuP cards I make for them, and this year I sent them the cards shown below as well as many others. Aureline has an older sister called Chloe, and for her birthday I sent her the pink card of two girls under an umbrella which I thought was appropriate for the sisters. For Christmas I sent them the little girl dressed in red and green.
